How do I know which program is right for my child?

Every new student starts with a free diagnostic assessment. We'll evaluate your child's strengths and target areas, then recommend the program and format (one to one or small group) that best fits their needs and goals. There's no obligation — just honest guidance.

What ages and grade levels do you serve?

We serve students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our programs are tailored to each age group with age-appropriate materials, teaching methods, and session structures.

How long is a session?

Every instructor session is 1 hour, and every Homework Club day is 1 hour. One hour is long enough for meaningful progress without losing focus. Sessions are small group, up to 4 students per instructor.

Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

No enrollment contract. New students start with an initial three-month enrollment — a window for starting, quarterly re-assessment, and monthly progress reports to produce a measurable result. After the first three months, enrollment continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Full terms are in the Terms and Conditions you accept at enrollment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee. We understand life happens — just give us as much notice as you can.

Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with your first session, it is free. We are confident your child will love learning with us.

How do you decide what my child works on?

We decide from data, not guesswork. Every student starts with a free IXL diagnostic that maps their actual skill level. From there we set a clear skill plan targeting the specific gaps — and we adjust it continuously as your child masters each skill. What your child works on next is always based on what the assessment shows, so no time is wasted on content they already know.

What if my child learns differently?

That's exactly what we're built for. Every student learns at their own pace and through their own learning style — some need things shown visually, some need to talk it through, some need to move. We discover how your child learns best during the diagnostic, then adapt every session to it. Small groups are kept to 3-5 students grouped by ability, not by one approach.

What if my child is struggling or anxious about a subject?

We listen first. Anxiety about a subject is real, and rushing to fix it rarely helps. Your tutor will hear your child out and meet them where they are. When a child is particularly anxious, although we listen, it's often better for them to start 1 to 1 with an instructor — and we'll suggest that they receive 1 to 1 for perhaps a few months, until the student is comfortable being around other students. We keep building confidence with small wins, and we stay in close communication with you throughout.

How do small group sessions work?

Small groups consist of 3-5 students at similar grade and ability levels. They learn collaboratively while still receiving individual attention. It is a great option for building teamwork skills and learning from peers.

Why would I choose a plan instead of private 1 to 1 tutoring?

Plans include the systems that drive progress: a starting free diagnostic, a personalized learning plan, quarterly re-assessment, monthly progress reports, the same instructor each week, and Homework Club days. Private 1 to 1 tutoring is a supplement for a targeted need, such as test preparation, a unit your child is stuck on, or a course outside our regular subjects. It is available to enrolled families and scheduled around a student's existing sessions. It is not a substitute for a plan.

We treat progress as a shared conversation between you, your child, and their tutor. Every student on a monthly plan receives a clear written progress report — skills mastered, current levels, and recommendations — and you have your own IXL login to watch growth in real time. If you're ever wondering how it's going, your tutor is always available to talk. That open loop is what makes successful outcomes possible.

We are located in Wylie, Texas — conveniently situated in the heart of the community. Our 3,000 sq ft facility is designed for focused, comfortable learning with dedicated tutoring stations and collaborative workspaces.

Do you offer online tutoring?

Our primary focus is in-person tutoring at our Wylie learning center, where students benefit from face-to-face interaction and our purpose-built facility. Online options may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.
